4. The oil level on the mobile lifting platform is too low, and the oil inlet filter is congested; Add enough oil and clean the oil filter

5. There is a problem with the deep well pump; Search for or modify pumps

2、 Mobile lifting platform with soil loosening device unable to rise and fall or weak lifting force

1. The pressure regulation of the overflow valve on the mobile lifting platform does not meet the requirements for the mobile lifting and lowering platform; Debug the pressure to the required value

2. Mobile lifting platform oil cylinder leakage; Refer to the exclusion method in section 2.3.4.5 above

3. The directional valve of the mobile lifting platform is clamped or leaking internally

4. Low oil level and clogged oil inlet filter

5. There is a problem with the fuel supply pump

6. One way valve leakage; Check the condition of wear and tear on the one-way valve core and seat, and whether the one-way valve spring is fatigued, deformed, etc

3、 The operating rod of the mobile lifting platform is heavy

1. There is a problem with the operating lever mechanism (organization); Search, debug, and modify parts that do not meet the appropriate standards; Clean valve components; Check the cleanliness of hydraulic oil

2. Clamp the valve core tightly

4、 There are problems with the torque converter and repayment system of the hydraulic system, such as weak torque converter, ineffective power shifting, high oil temperature, etc

1. The hydraulic torque converter is weak

Insufficient hydraulic oil volume

Inappropriate pressure regulation

Insufficient back pressure; Mobile up and down platform checks the quality and quantity of torque converter oil, as well as the torque regulating valve, back pressure valve, and their set pressure values

2. Power shift does not work. The quick return valve, reduce pressure valve, power transmission valve, and directional valve are stuck and leaking internally. Serious oil pollution; Check and remove the stuck end of the valve, and drain or replace the hydraulic oil accordingly. Excessive increase in oil temperature; Check if there are any problems with the cooling system on the mobile up and down platform, and identify the quality and brand of hydraulic oil
