      Common pressure maintenance measures for production line lifting platforms

      With the development trend of industrialization, the level of mechanical automation is getting higher and higher, and the production lines for mass production of goods are getting longer and longer. The regulations for the use of lifting platforms in production lines are also getting higher and higher. The lifting platforms used in production lines should also maintain stability in specific areas for a long time.

      Hydraulic systems software is the cardiovascular system of the production line lifting platform. Only when the working pressure of the hydraulic system software is stable can the production line lifting platform be maintained for a long time without moving down. Therefore, hydraulic system software pressure maintenance is a key challenge that must be considered in the design of the production line lifting platform. At present, hydraulic valves are often used in the hydraulic system software of the production line lifting platform, which has poor pressure holding effect and cannot be integrated into the production line working standards. To ensure the stable working pressure of the hydraulic system software, at present, when designing the lifting platform of the production line, the selection of pressure holding measures is considered. There are three common pressure holding measures at present:

      1. Hydraulic circuits are connected in series with O-type hydraulic directional valves or single-sided hydraulic locks. The actual pressure holding effect of series connected O-type hydraulic valves is generally good, and the actual effect of series connected single-sided hydraulic locks is better than that of series connected O-type hydraulic valves. However, the actual pressure holding effect is still relatively limited, and it is currently only used in sites where the precision (accuracy) of the parts is too low

      2. The use of dual hydraulic cylinders, dual hydraulic sewage treatment plants, and dual hydraulic locks in this type of planning scheme (f ā ng à n) can meet the actual pressure holding effect requirements of customers, and is low-cost, easy to maintain, and currently more commonly used.

      3. Select a dedicated compensation circuit. In specific applications, all pressure holding measures (referring to solutions to difficult problems) cannot maintain zero leakage. In some work sites with high precision requirements for parts, in addition to selecting the first or second planning scheme, hydraulic circuit compensation system software is also designed. When the lifting platform of the production line or the working pressure drops to a certain level, the compensation system starts, and under the function of the compensation system software, the lifting platform returns to a specific position. When designing the compensation system software, in order to ensure precision, multiple monitoring and pressure measurement points are used. In addition, the working pressure of the compensation system software is also considered. The working pressure of the compensation system software must exceed that of the system software, otherwise it will have the opposite effect, accelerating the lowering of the lifting platform.
